Looking to streamline bill payments and refunds? FreeAgent has finally announced a feature that allows clients to add multiple items to their bills menu.
This update makes it possible for users to create a single bill with line items allocated to different categories and tax rates, making it quicker and easier to create and reconcile bill payments, refunds and invoices.
With the new feature, clients will now be able to create their own custom spending categories or choose from a number of existing ones, as well as set different VAT rates for different items. This will add greater transparency and flexibility to their business accounts.
FreeAgent now integrates with Payit so that you can pay bills from within FreeAgent and never miss an important payment. You are also able to schedule payments when and where it suits you, so that you don't have to keep checking your accounts. Clients who have NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank NI accounts can also pay bills, or schedule them to be paid, from within FreeAgent using Payit.
